That is really very personal and heart wrenching. From that sentence alone I hope you can infer to what kind of problems I'm getting at. In addition to that, being a government employee does not always have it's perks. Nor does having some sort of black cloud looming over me. I also just had my wisdom teeth pulled out! Yay!
But I digress!
I've been working on personal projects that I really want to show you guys! However, because of my personal/financial problems, I have to put them on hold. SO here's another post about commissions! Let's see what we have here:
As for these two, they are the inked/colored and/or mailed pics.
As for these, to cut costs of mailing them they will be inked with minimal color, albeit detailed and will serve as practice for my traditional inking skills! So please help me in my quest to be an awesome dip pen inker!
Some old samples of what I have in mind are the following deviations in my gallery (they are just pen sadly, not dip pen works):
I am super pumped to do these commissions, I really am! Life has been kicking me in the butt and too many tears have been shed - just my final word. So I'm working to hopefully lessen that pain we all share sometime in our lifetime.
Alright, so message me here or note me, whatever you feel like! If I'm lucky enough to even have a big enough workload I'll post a queue up in a fresh journal. Payments will be through paypal. If you're in California you could do a money order if you feel confident about sending money through the post but that's up to you. How I usually work is that I receive your request, consider providing a sketch or just outright provide my paypal address if you trust with your request. We can chat as much as you need - I always check my messages and try to reply when I'm not too busy with work/etc. Is that an ok overview? :3
Whenever I get the chance to post a present sample, I will for sure. Looking dead on dA? You can check my instagram: instagram.com/hakushira
I am much more active there because I have no access to a scanner and its quicker and easier to network a bit.
If you do decide to lend me a hand, I really appreciate it. I'm serious. It's hard to believe integrity/honesty on the internet. I'm aware we all have money problems and I don't hope to be seen as a beggar but honestly, I'm doing what I like to do and I've learned from drawing things for other people. At first, I wasn't confident in my skills to even put out commissions. In addition to not feeling talented enough compared to these bomb artists on dA I never thought I would ever get out there. Reading my little speech probably doesn't convince you to buy from me - in fact, it might just push people away - but I'm just being honest. I want to reach out to everyone somehow and typing this really makes me nervous...but whatever. I'm taking this chance, if you're willing to believe in me. ^_^
